Paddle processes Uptokey Plus payments. Here is how to manage a subscription or ask about a charge.
Cancel a subscription
Use Manage subscription in your Uptokey account or the link in your Paddle receipt to stop future renewals. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment.
Request a refund
Contact Paddle with the email address used at checkout and your transaction reference. Paddle reviews requests under its Refund Policy and the consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Get payment supportYour mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this page. Cancelling Plus does not affect free local use or your own API keys.
